The Commercial Contracts Paralegal supports the Life Fitness / Hammer Strength Legal Department by managing and facilitating commercial contracting activities across the business. This role partners closely with Sales, Commercial, and other cross-functional leadership teams to support efficient deal execution while ensuring agreements align with company standards and risk guidelines. The Commercial Contracts Paralegal plays an important role in enabling the business to move quickly while maintaining appropriate legal safeguards. The role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to translate legal requirements into practical guidance for business stakeholders.
