Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers is just such a place, guided by its core values of hope, dedication and community. As a School Based Behavior Health Coach you will empower, uplift and help young people overcome challenges stemming from the many forms of mental illness, trauma, or addiction. Youth who are experiencing these challenges may need additional guidance and support as they maneuver multiple systems, in particular the school setting. The BHC will work closely with the therapeutic team, family, and school to support the learning and applying of skills outside of the clinical setting. To meet the increasing needs of our communities it is imperative that all team members understand and successfully reach and maintain the expected performance standard levels.
