This is the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders to assess market conditions, analyze competitor pricing, and evaluate potential impacts on patient access, providing strategic recommendations as our new Associate Director Pricing and Market Access, BAMECA. This position is in Business Area Middle East & Central Asia and located in Istanbul, Türkiye. Your new position: As Associate Director Pricing and Market Access, BAMECA you will evaluate and drive pricing business cases from the affiliates covering our 22 markets. Your role will be to ensure comprehensive analysis and adherence to company policies and to develop and execute strategies to optimize patient access to Novo Nordisk products, ensuring alignment with broader company goals. You will also oversee and manage cross-functional projects, and lead and mentor local market access and pricing teams, providing guidance and support to enhance their capabilities and performance in executing regional strategies.
