ServiceNow Scrum Master - Project Manager

Job description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Scrum Master: to lead high-performing Agile teams working on a large-scale software and hardware integration project, with a focus on ServiceNow environments. The successful candidate will be embedded within one or more agile teams operating under a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), facilitating Agile ceremonies, supporting process improvement, and ensuring team alignment with the broader Agile Release Train (ART) objectives. As a ServiceNow Scrum Master, you will promote agile best practices, remove obstacles to progress, coach team members, and help deliver continuous value to a mission-critical federal program. This position is 100% onsite at Scott AFB, IL, Fort Meade, MD, or Hill AFB (Ogden, UT). Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning. Remove impediments and coordinate with Release Train Engineers and Project Managers to drive solutions.
