Job Description Prairie Farms is hiring for 2nd shift Case Dock Laborer - hiring for first, second and third shift: shift differential applies - Location: O'Fallon, Illinois - Job Type: Full-time with shift differential; 90-day probationary period - Union: Teamsters Local 50 - Pay: $26.10/hr. - Shift differential - Benefits offered: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Long Term Disability, Short term Disability, and Life Insurance Responsibilities: - Empty cases from the trailers while stacking the empty pallets and then washing the trailer out. - Keep work area neat and clean at all times during the shift. - Clean the case washers on a daily basis to ensure the proper cleaning of cases being supplied to the plant. - Check and document the case washer temperature. - Check and document cleaning solution concentration at least once per shift according to the Master Sanitation schedule. - Complete all assigned paperwork. - All other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: All plant new hires are required to become members of the Teamsters Local 50 Union.
