Personal Care BG Finance is a diverse team located primarily out of 100VE in London. Job Purpose: Reporting to the Personal Care BG Brand Finance Lead, the successful candidate in this role is responsible for business partnering BG Marketing and the PC R&D Function. The candidate will play a highly visible role in supporting strategic investment decisions for R&D with the PCLT and will lead FP&A and controlling for all BG central Marketing and R&D costs, totaling ~€450m annually. The ideal candidate will need to be able to move seamlessly between more operational, short-term performance management and team leadership in the FP&A part of the role, and more strategic long-term investment thinking and senior stakeholder management in the R&D part of the role.
