Maintenance Supervisor Port Allen, LA: Schedule: Salaried, Exempt: Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the maintenance shop by leading a team of Technicians and ensuring timely, high-quality repairs and preventative maintenance of company vehicles and equipment. This position is responsible for driving safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance while maintaining fleet readiness. The Maintenance Supervisor partners closely with the Maintenance Manager and Operations team to support business needs and minimize downtime.
