Senior Planning and Scheduling Manager SUMMARY: Mortenson is currently seeking a Senior Planning and Scheduling Manager that will be responsible for performing complex planning and scheduling assignments on highly complex or multiple projects, providing leadership and coordination of team members and processes, and overseeing project planning and scheduling strategies at both project and group levels. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide oversight of planning and scheduling activities on all projects within an operating group Plan, coordinate, supervise, and direct planning and scheduling activities Ensure corporate planning and schedule standards are implemented and all project-related activities comply Review major mitigation efforts for conformance to company standards Provide oversight and supervision of scheduling team, including coaching, mentoring, training, and performance evaluations Identify hiring needs and participate in hiring, discipline, and dismissal decisions if needed Develop leadership potential through task assignments and career growth opportunities Lead team members by example, offer effective coaching and feedback, and manage performance Collaborate with Business Develo...
