POSITION SUMMARY: Manages the team that develops and designs marketing strategies and the user experience on all ADP RS Web initiatives. Creates strategy and supervises execution of web initiatives focused primarily on promoting capabilities to prospects, clients and participants. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Creates strategies for utilizing the web to drive awareness and promote products and services to prospects and clients. Continually scans the industry for Internet Marketing best practices; staying abreast of current techniques and tools.
