WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Oversee and enhance corporate programs for medical leave, disability, and health and safety, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations. - Manage and administer FMLA, ADA, and Extended Illness Absence Plans, providing expert guidance to balance employee needs with business objectives. - Deliver impactful training and consultation to managers, HR staff, and business leaders on leave management and regulatory requirements. - Partner with key stakeholders to develop effective return-to-work strategies and resolve complex medical leave and disability cases. - Analyze business trends and regulatory updates to create proactive solutions that drive compliance and support organizational goals.
