Organization: SCP-Sutter Center for Psychiatry Position Overview: Provides and coordinates care of identified patients with mental health need. This is accomplished through assessment, treatment planning, and managing the disposition of these patients. Collaboration with the other members of the Psychiatric Response Team as well as medical center staff is essential. Coordinates appropriate transfer of patients. Develops relationships with mental health facilities/organizations within and outside the community to provide appropriate disposition of patients is critical conditions. Provides direct supervision of staff assigned to the Psychiatric Response Team. EDUCATION: - Master's: counseling, social work, or related field - OR Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE: - LCSW-Licensed Clinical Social Worker - OR LMFT-Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist - OR RN-Registered Nurse of California TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: - 5 years of recent relevant experience.
