Job DetailsJob Location: Singapore - SingaporeNorthland Controls is seeking an experienced Technical Controller to join our team in Singapore. This role will oversee financial reporting, compliance, and financial operations across the APAC region while supporting strategic business decision-making and ensuring alignment with global and regional accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of internal and external financial reporting and maintain compliance with applicable financial standards Lead the month-end close process, including account reconciliations, variance analysis, and preparation of financial statements Oversee group consolidation and financial reporting across APAC regional entities Prepare and present financial analyses, forecasts, and key insights to support executive-level decision-making Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, bankers, vendors, and insurance providers Supervise, mentor, and develop the APAC Regional Senior Accounting team Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend improvements to drive business performance Drive continuous improve...
