Job Overview: The Director, Project Management Office leads the Project Management Office for Macy’s Credit and Customer Services (MCCS) and enables how work is delivered. The role serves as the senior leader accountable for project governance, delivery discipline, and portfolio health across MCCS. The Director partners with executive leadership to translate strategy into executable plans and ensures initiatives deliver measurable business results. Can be based out of any MCCS location.
