Team Intro The Global Crisis Management function is part of the broader Physical Security (PSec) department; and our mission is to mitigate the loss to our People, Assets, Operations, and Reputation from off-platform & physical-natured crises through highly-effective Crisis Management Teams (CMTs). The aim is to ensure the safety and security of our employees, maintain the continuity of critical operations and minimize the impact to our brand reputation in the face of a physical security crisis. Our program has global coverage across all company's corporate offices, products & services (excluding Data Centers & TikTok US Data Security - USDS), and focuses on the assessment, anticipation, preparedness, response, recovery & review of PSec crisis situations.
