Primary Location: Hamilton, onsite 5 days a week Reports To: Regional Manager, Human Resources The pay range for the role is $75,300 to $125,300 plus bonus, comprehensive benefits, retirement savings plan, paid vacation, and other perks and opportunities. What will your typical day look like: Reporting to the Regional Manager of Human Resources and partnering very closely with the Operations Manager in Hamilton you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR related matters including program facilitation, policy follow-through, employee relations, and performance management. The HR Business Partner will provide strategic guidance and partner with the local leadership teams to ensure alignment to overall company objectives.
