Job DetailsJob Location: Castle Rock High School - Castle Rock, CO 80109Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 HourlyAnticipated Start Date: March 2, 2026 Position Purpose: The Paraprofessional works under the direction of the Head of School and is responsible for assisting certified Student Services staff in ensuring appropriate classroom accommodations are being met per students 504 Plans/IEPs. Job Duties: Upholds CECs beliefs found on the CEC website. Assists Exceptional Student Services (ESS) certified staff with monitoring and implementing students accommodations, accurate data collection, and documentation of a students progress towards their learning goals. Works with students individually and in small groups to reinforce and review coursework as requested. Assists students and instructional staff with classroom behavior management to minimize disruptions, ensure a safe and orderly classroom, and ensure students are on task with coursework.
