Job description

We are looking for a responsible Custodial Supervisor for NIGHT SHIFT to maintain and protect our facilities. The external and internal appearance of a building reflects on the occupants. It is important for a custodian, or janitor, to be careful and thorough in working, cleaning, and tidying the premises. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role along with experience working in a supervisor role over a small team that is focused on building upkeep. They will have good physical endurance to cover a large space. A keen eye for detail and diligence are imperative for a Custodial Supervisor Basic Qualifications: - Experience in directing cleaning type operations in a supervisory capacity. - Ability to supervise cleaning services (including janitorial and floor care services) within a commercial environment.
