CEE Accounting Specialist

Job description

Responsibilities: Coordinate and support month-end and year-end closing activities across CEE markets, ensuring timely delivery of accounting data, reporting packages, balance sheet reconciliations, and statutory reporting requirements. Act as a key point of contact between SSC Poznań, local finance organizations, and external accounting providers, facilitating stakeholder alignment and supporting operational accounting topics across the region. Monitor the quality and completeness of accounting deliverables provided by external service providers, support resolution of accounting discrepancies, and ensure compliance with Group accounting policies, local GAAP, and internal control requirements. Coordinate statutory audits, compliance reviews, tax and transfer pricing requirements, ensuring proper documentation, governance standards, and effective cooperation with local stakeholders.
