Now Hiring: Full-Time Maintenance Technician (Industrial Operations) We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced, high-performing team. This is a full-time role with a typical schedule of 40+ hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. The position follows a 4-day workweek (four 10-hour shifts). What You’ll Do: In this hands-on role, you’ll be essential to keeping our industrial laundry operations running smoothly. You’ll maintain and service key equipment—including washers, dryers, ironers, conveyors, boilers, and air compressors. Using your knowledge of preventative maintenance and advanced troubleshooting, you’ll help reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and ensure our facility operates at peak performance. - Diagnose and repair: Troubleshoot electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; identify root causes and execute corrective repairs with minimal supervision. - Electrical work: Read and interpret schematics, ladder logic, and wiring diagrams; install and terminate control wiring up to 480V three-phase. - Preventive maintenance: Perform scheduled PM tasks on motors, drives, PLCs, conveyors, robotics, and automated assembly equipment per...
