Contract: 3 months (with strong potential to go permanent) About the Role: We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist who can join our team’s mission to bring order to chaos. You’ll sit at the heart of our People team, owning key employee lifecycle processes end-to-end and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes - even when the business is moving fast and things aren’t always perfectly defined. What You’ll Be Doing: Own the engine room: Run onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes end-to-end Process high-volume People transactions quickly and accurately Keep HR systems (HiBob) clean, up-to-date, and audit-ready Manage payroll inputs, pensions, and benefits admin Create contracts, letters and other employment documents Handle offboarding logistics and vendor coordination Be the go-to for People queries Triage and respond to incoming tickets and questions Support employees and managers with policies, processes, and benefits Maintain an up-to-date and impactful knowle...
