What You'll Be Doing: Safely operate a loader to move, load, and organize aggregate materials. Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance. Support yard flow by efficiently loading customer and company trucks. Monitor material inventory and communicate needs to leadership. Follow all safety procedures to maintain a hazard‑free work area. What Are We Looking For: Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Strong situational awareness and commitment to safe work practices. Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions. Capability to perform physical tasks in a fast‑paced outdoor environment.
