Position Overview The Software Engineering Manager leads a team of software engineers in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software. This role blends hands-on technical contribution with people leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with Product, Engineering leadership, and business stakeholders, the Software Engineering Manager drives team performance, strengthens technical practices, and fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning. This role requires strong experience designing, developing, and optimizing full-stack, interactive web applications in a modern cloud environment.
