As a Director, HRBP for Strategy & Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping the people strategy and partnering with senior business leaders to design and drive talent strategies that align with regulatory requirements, business priorities, and long-term workforce needs. You will help build high-performing, resilient teams in areas that safeguard the Bank's integrity and reputation, influencing decisions with global impact. In this role, you will also oversee HR activities to ensure strategies and initiatives are delivered in compliance with regulations and internal policies. You will coach senior leaders on workforce topics and partner with business line leadership to address people needs by leveraging strategies, guidelines, and insights from Communities of Expertise (COEs) and HR Solutions.
