As Maintenance Manager , you ensure that our stores across Europe remain fully operational and compliant with all relevant (legal) requirements . You will oversee and manage a substantial Opex and Capex budget and act as the main point of contact for our partners and internal maintenance colleagues . You continuously challenge both internal and external stakeholders to execute work in the most efficient and cost effective way . Working closely with internal teams and external partners , you control budgets , timelines , and quality . You lead our maintenance team and ensure the correct contractual agreements with our external (technical) suppliers . With your technical expertise , you can accurately assess what is needed and evaluate whether proposed quotations are correct and complete .
