The Construction Manager is expected to provide quality customer service to homebuyers and homeowners, while maintaining profit margins and production timelines. Job Duties & Responsibilities: - Coordinate all construction activity to provide an effective, efficient, systematic and sequential flow of work according to the established production schedule. - Oversee that all work is completed within the project budget.
