Job Description Bronx Community Board 10 represents the neighborhoods of City Island, Co-op City, Throggs Neck, Westchester Square and Zerega. Bronx Community Board 10 is a New York City agency established to identify the needs of their community and advocate through city government to meet those requirements. In addition, they are empowered through the New York City Charter to make advisory decisions on land use, budgets, public policy and to monitor city services. Duties and Responsibilities: The selected candidate, under supervision of the District Manager, with some latitude for independent decision and action, will assist in addressing the community needs, support the community board’s district office and board members, and will be responsible for various administrative tasks.
