The Opportunity: The Director of AVL Systems leads a team of hands-on experts and makes sure all audio, video, and lighting systems work smoothly during services and events across every campus. This role blends leadership, technical expertise, and team development to deliver great worship experiences each weekend. This leader oversees a customer-focused central AVL team, helps guide major technology projects, and works closely with ministries, technology, and production teams to build reliable systems that support all campuses.
