Skilled Tradesman – Construction – Renovations – Plumbing - Electric We’re looking for a highly skilled, dependable tradesman who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately across a variety of construction and renovation projects for our DC programs. Ideal Candidate: You’re someone who doesn’t need hand-holding—you can walk onto a job site, assess what needs to be done, and get to work right away. You have vast experience (at least 5 years) with construction, framing, pluming, drywall, and renovations. You take pride in your craftsmanship and consistently deliver high-quality results. What You’ll Do: - Perform hands-on work in construction, framing, plumbing, drywall, and general renovations - Oversee Maintenance Techs (levels 1 & 2) - Complete both projects from start to finish - Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans - Troubleshoot issues on-site and implement effective solutions - Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency - Collaborate with team members, contractors, and project managers What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience in multiple trades (framing, plumbing, drywall, renovations required) - Ability to work independently with mini...
