About the Role: The Advisor – Resourcing & Coordination is responsible for supporting the Manager – Resourcing & Prioritisation with resource allocation, coordination, onboarding and reporting of Organisation Design & Implementation work, with a particular focus on work led by the business across the bank. The role’s main objectives will be to provide coordination, reporting and capacity allocation support for the Business Led Restructure (BLR) team as well coordinate and manage the onboarding of resources across the broader OD&I team. Additional ad hoc support with reporting and insights will also be required to support effective planning and resourcing decisions.
