Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Spanish Academic Req: Required – High school diploma, or equivalent; Preferred – 2-year associate degree from accredited program/institution, or two or more years of college-level course work in a related field Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention Work experience: Required – Minimum of one (1) year of related experience and/or training; Preferred – Two (2) plus years of related experience and/or training Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables: 1. Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that are applicable to this position. 2. Report all serious incident and daily activities to the Shelter Manager. 3. Assist with the development of shift schedules and staff assignments to ensure the safety of the service population and coworkers. 4. Monitor, coordinate, and delegate daily facility operations tasks as needed throughout the shift. 5.
