Blend Technician (SACB)

Job description

We are currently hiring a Blend Technician in Cincinnati, OH. Initially, this person will be responsible for understanding the Base Alcohol fermentation and Hard Cider, Tea, and Seltzer blending processes. Upon completing the training, the successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operation and quality of BBC products within the Blend Department. What You'll Brew: - Base Alcohol and Blend Product Sensory evaluation in coordination with Sensory lead - Work autonomously in the Base Alcohol and Blend operations, which includes Base Alcohol fermentations, Base Alcohol processing, and loadout, ISEP Operations, and blending of final Tea, Cider, and Seltzer product lines - Base Alcohol fermentations – build successful in-spec fermentations utilizing necessary specified materials - Monitor and maintain the fermentation to deliver an in-spec product. Ensure fermentation cycles follow established temperature profiles per recipe.
