Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sr. Visual Designer ! About the Role: The Sr. Visual Designer, Presentation Specialist is responsible for elevating how Symetra communicates complex insurance, investment and retirement concepts through strategic, brand-aligned presentations. This role also supports the Senior and Lead Visual Designers by designing, refining and maintaining high-impact presentation materials used across sales, marketing, executive leadership and board communications. Blending strong visual storytelling with brand governance, the Presentation Specialist ensures presentations are clear, accessible and consistent—balancing creativity with professionalism in a highly regulated industry. The role also serves as the owner and steward of Symetra’s enterprise presentation system, including templates, standards and best practices. What you will do: - Design, deliver and manage a cohesive, enterprise-wide Presentation Design System that supports divisional marketing teams, leadership and board-level communications.
