This position is ECB status – requires a minimum number of worked hours per month as needed by the department; limited benefit offerings. Job Summary: As a Kids Zone Team Member, play an important role in providing a fun, entertaining, engaging, educational and safe environment for our Kids Zone child members. Assist with organizing kids programming, activities, and games for children between the ages of three months and 11 years. Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: First Aid certification required within the first 60 days of hire. Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire. Work Experience: 6 months - 1 year related experience. Previous experience working with children preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Positive interpersonal communication skills and customer service. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to provide customer service reflective of Saint Francis Health System values.
