Job Summary Aptive Resources is seeking a skilled Primary Care Registered Nurse. As a Primary Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients within a primary care setting. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care, focusing on prevention, wellness, and disease management. Your expertise will be essential in promoting health education, assessing patient needs, and coordinating healthcare services to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Shifts: Nurses can expect to work 8 hour shifts M-F.
