Role Overview The Managing Director of Operations is the architect of the Accelerator member and partner experience. This role focuses on driving engagement and retention through repeatable processes, robust reporting, and a seamless technology stack. As a key operational leader, you will mentor the services team, manage revenue operations, and ensure that every touchpoint, from sales enablement to event execution, is optimized for growth. Key Responsibilities: Member & Partner Service Excellence: - Engagement Best Practices: Identify and introduce repeatable processes for member check-in calls, value plans, and facilitated member-to-member connections to drive retention. - Partner Operations: Manage partner databases and directories; oversee partner selection for events and "Member-Partner" matching processes. - Mentorship: Directly upskill and mentor Member Services and Partner Operations associates to ensure a world-class service culture.
