This role leads the statewide system of retail stores to maximize donations, sales, productivity, profitability, sustainability, and mission funding. The Vice President provides strategic direction, field leadership, financial stewardship, and cross-functional partnership to ensure a high-performing operation that delivers strong donor and customer experience, develops future leaders, operational performance, and supports long-term organizational growth.
