In this position… UEV Distribution Optimization, is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Order-to-Delivery (O2D) lifecycles for Ford’s Universal Electric Vehicle Platform (UEV) . This role acts as the primary operations liaison across Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing, Operations, and Planning to ensure operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and a seamless customer experience. The successful candidate will manage complex statistical models for incentive and marketing spend, resolve operational bottlenecks, and translate data into actionable strategies for senior leadership. By establishing structure and governance in a fast-paced environment, this individual will support cross-functional alignment and optimize profitability throughout the vehicle delivery lifecycle.
