Job Overview: A Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance to ensure equipment, machinery, facilities, and building systems operate safely and efficiently. This role requires strong technical skills, troubleshooting ability, and a proactive approach to minimizing downtime. Maintenance Technicians support daily operations by inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems while adhering to safety and compliance standards. Major Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations. - Perform predictive and preventative maintenance functions. - Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and structural issues. - Repair or replace defective components such as motors, belts, bearings, sensors, valves, and wiring - Seek and consult with higher level position for more complex issues. - Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner. - Collaborate with operations, production, or facility teams to minimize equipment downtime. - Assist in installation, setup, and testing of new...
