The Senior Project Planner/Scheduler conducts planning/scheduling for assigned bids/projects/programs against a baseline (also known as a Performance Measurement Baseline – PMB) to enable effective monitoring and control of tasks and deliverables, schedule risks, workload and costs. The Manager Planner/Scheduler may also conduct workload consolidation for a specific perimeter. In order to do this, the Senior Project Planner must have expertise in program/project management structures and baselines, and control the use of PERT, Critical Path and Schedule Risk Analysis.
