About the role We are inviting applications from qualified and unqualified candidates to join our My Community Home Care (MCHC) team in the role of Health Care Worker. As a Community Health Care Worker, you will provide person-centred care, assisting our consumers to remain living independently in their own homes by providing assistance with domestic and personal care, social support, respite, and transport. Our service areas include Bethanga, Bellbridge, Dartmouth, Eskdale, Mitta Mitta and Tallangatta. Within close proximity to Albury/Wodonga, you can enjoy some of north-east Victoria’s beautiful scenery while travelling between clients in company supplied vehicles. This is a Monday to Friday role and requires a current First Aid certificate or a willingness to obtain.
