About Smartly Smartly is looking for a performance-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team in London. In this role, you will own the lifecycle roadmap end-to-end - designing, building, and optimizing prospect and customer journeys that drive measurable impact across the funnel. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, you will translate revenue goals into structured lifecycle programs, running a high-velocity test-and-learn agenda with deep expertise in email marketing and Marketo, and keen eye on data to inform decisions. You will operate at the intersection of growth strategy, operational excellence, and performance marketing - partnering closely with Sales, Events, Brand, Paid Media, and external agencies.
