Regulatory Specialist

Job description

Description We are looking for a Regulatory Specialist responsible for developing and implementing internal policies and standards to ensure full compliance with food, packaging, and machinery regulations. It includes monitoring and interpreting existing legislation, assessing potential regulatory changes and their impact on operations and products, and updating internal policies accordingly. The position provides hands‑on support in the daily assessment of regulatory requirements, the drafting and maintenance of internal documentation, and the review of product‑related materials. It works closely with cross‑functional teams such as R&D and Food Safety, as well as with external laboratories and service providers. The role also manages interactions with regulatory authorities and audit activities, supports regulatory submissions, and monitors KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance processes, identifying improvement areas and reporting findings to senior management.
