What You’ll Be Cooking Up: - Prepare and serve delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – with minimal waste and maximum flavour. Set 4 weekly menus so only need to be able to follow recipe card. - Deliver silver service-level dining for special functions and hospitality events. - Collaborate with fellow chefs and mentor new team members – sharing your skills and raising the bar. - Support with deliveries, stock checks, food orders, and kitchen records. - Keep everything spotless – from fridges to hot cabinets – and complete daily due diligence paperwork. - Take part in regular deep cleans to maintain our high standards.
