"We are actively seeking confident, capable, supportive and client focused FEMALE Disability Support Workers to join our fantastic support team on night shift (sleepover) in Ellenbrook." The Role: - You will be supporting our clients living with a disability to go about their daily lives the way they want, giving them support they need, when they need it. They have diverse and complex needs, requiring you to have high levels of understanding, patience, reliability and resilience. - Your support and mentoring can have a meaningful impact on their lives but there will be challenging days due to behaviours and mental health issues. - If you have the confidence and resilience to navigate these moments effectively, and are great at building positive relationships, can think on your feet and are a problem solver, then we want to hear from you. Our expectations of you?: - Mature, capable, and practical.
