Junior Project Lead - Facility

In a nutshell As a Project Lead in our International Facility Management team, you are the backbone of the building infrastructure that powers our supply chain. Bridging the gap between international strategy and local execution, you will lead projects that directly improve safety, quality, and efficiency across our fulfillment centers and hubs in the Netherlands, Germany, and France. We are looking for an executional driver: You take ownership of operational challenges, spend time on-site to identify problems, and propose and implement practical, data-driven solutions. You will spend roughly 20% of your time on-site and ensure you are present exactly when and where the impact is highest. With the authority to make real decisions and manage budgets, you will use operational logic and sharp communication to turn "flagged issues" into "implemented solutions."
