Job DetailsJob Location: Phoenix - 401 Building - Phoenix, AZ 85034Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: $23.00 - $28.00 HourlyJob Shift: 1st Shift SUMMARY OF POSITION This position is responsible for the assembly of precision aerospace components This position is in Northstar’s Warehouse Department, and reports to the Production Supervisor. The position works with all levels of employees throughout the organization as necessary, but does not direct the work of other employees. This is a full-time position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential duties and responsibilities of this position are listed below. This list is not all inclusive and may be amended by Northstar, from time to time. Responsible for the assembly of precision aerospace components Responsible for using standard written procedures to complete work Responsible for using standard tools to install hardware (i.e., nuts, bolts, rivets, liners, etc.) Maintain highly efficient work process using Lean principles to support cost reduction activity SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will not direct the work of any other employees.
