Position Function: The Visiting Assistant Professor is under the administrative supervision of the Department Head in Industrial & Systems Engineering (ISE) and will serve as a professional faculty member. Specific activities include teaching, research, service and advising students in the Industrial Engineering program. Salary Grade : UC: For salary grade UC, these positions are "Unclassified" and salary ranges are determined by the hiring department. Department Profile: The Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering is one of the eight academic departments in the Bagley College of Engineering. The Department offers an ABET-accredited bachelor's program in Industrial Engineering as well as master's and doctoral degrees. Industrial Engineering offers degree programs via three modes of delivery: on the Starkville Campus, through the Online Campus and through the Engineering on the Coast Campus, located in Gautier, MS (www.bagley.msstate.edu/coast). Current department enrollment across the three locations is 296 undergraduate students, 63 master's students, and 84 doctoral students.
