About the Role We are looking for an HR and People Manager to join our NinjaOne HR team. We are growing our company and our HR team and need your expertise to build on our strong culture and employee engagement. You will perform a broad range of human resources activities and will serve as an integral contributor to support the growth and operations of the company. You are the main point of contact to assist employees in HR related inquiries including insurance, payroll, employer verifications, and conflict resolution. Location - Hybrid in Austin, TX - (In the office 3 days per week Mon , Tues , & Thurs ) What You’ll be Doing - Manage the traditional HR functions for the entire company, building strategy and implementing new processes as we scale our organization. - Responsible for employee relations, performance management, compensation strategy, manager HRIS, benefits, and other foundational HR related programs. - Mange all HR compliance and employment practices for the company. - Manage the offer-to-hire process including various including welcome emails, IT logistics , onboarding instructions, I-9s, etc. while partnering with key stakeholders - Be the front-line face for daily...
