Ensure beverage department compliance with all departmental procedures and policies Exemplifies our core values, family style service, our mission and vision. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. - Oversee all disciplinary action and training initiatives. - Maintain knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies and service procedures. - Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas. - Consistently demonstrate Harrah’s and Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe properties core values and service standards and hold the team members and Supervisor’s to these standards. - Maintain complete knowledge and strictly abide by state liquor regulations; particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving. - Know all liquor brands, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic selections available to the Beverage department as well as specifications of glassware, garnishes for drinks, and daily specials. - Inspect, plan, and ensure that all materials and equipment are ready for service.
