Position Description: Title: Mailer/Pouch Operator I Department: Production Immediate Supervisor: Plant Supervisory Staff Status: Hourly Non-Exempt Position Purpose: Operates mailer equipment Principle Accountabilities: - Responsible for safe, controlled set-up, operation, and troubleshooting equipment and processes. - Ensure product is manufactured and completed as per technical specifications. - Monitors and adjusts controls to ensure products comply with production standards. - Ensure equipment and set-up parameters are established, followed and improved. - Ensure materials required for changeover are available and secured prior to set-ups. - Records quality and production metrics...
